On February 1,2 & 3, the Moncton & Area Trappers Council in cooperation with DERD held a trapper education course at the DERD Offices in Dieppe. There were 21 students registered for the course including 2 DERD employees. Special thanks go to the MATC volunteer instructors who assisted with this course. They were, Jim Marriner, Gerry Williamson, Kevin White, Craig Smith, Troy Moss, Charles Leblanc, Ozzie McFadden, Arnold Colpitts, James Ritchie and Yvon Morais. MATC member, Dwight Robertson also assisted by bringing a fox which was done up during the course.
